Tuition is $299 per person and includes the breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks. A portion of this tuition serves to sustain the non-profit CAFE Foundation throughout the year.
Would you like to exhibit a poster or hardware at EAS 2010? You can exhibit a poster for $100 or hardware for $200.
To extend and enhance the valuable networking of EAS IV, CAFE has organized three separate Theme Dinners at which attendees will be encouraged to share conversations and Q&A with the esteemed EAS IV faculty and other experts in attendance. The cost of theme dinners is $42 excluding wine.

Special dietary requirements:
Following dinner will be moderated discussions revolving around each group's area of interest. Additionally, attendees are invited to give brief talks lasting four minutes or less. These talks could be about experiences, new products, big ideas, or anything else the speaker thinks might be of interest to the group.
A screen and projector will be provided at each theme dinner. Speakers should send their PowerPoint (if they're using one) to CAFE 7 days prior to the event.

Are you going to be staying in Sonoma County Thursday or Friday nights? If so please consider staying at the Doubletree Hotel where the symposium is being held. The hotel is conveniently accessible by the Santa Rosa Airport Express from either the San Francisco or Oakland airports. Additionally, staying here helps defray the costs associated with holding this event. The hotel is providing a special rate of $95 per night for attendees that book before March 23rd. Stay at Doubletree:
Are you interested in a tour of Sonoma County wineries Saturday afternoon? The tour will be from 1:00 to 4:30 and will cost approximately $60 (payable at the start of the tour). Participation is limited to 110 people. We expect it to sell out.

After April 1, 2010 the registration fee will be $400.
Onsite will be available at CAFE's discretion and will cost $600.
All cancellations must be received by CAFE prior to April 16, 2010. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after April 16, 2010.
